COLUMBIA — Water line repairs on William Street originally scheduled for Monday have been rescheduled to begin on Wednesday. The Columbia Public Works Department announced that the work will cause daytime lane restrictions on William Street, south of Broadway across from the Boone Hospital Center entrance.

Work should be completed the same day. The department urges motorists and pedestrians to use caution near the work zone and, if possible, to use an alternate route.
