The Missouri wrestling team lost to Nebraska 22-13 on Saturday in Lincoln, Neb.

Sophomore Max Askren won the 197-pound match 13-11 on a near fall with four seconds left to put the Tigers ahead 7-4, but No. 2 Nebraska won the next five matches to put the meet out of reach for the No. 11 Tigers. Sophomore Nicholas Marable also had a close win at 165-pounds. He wrestled into overtime for the third time in his past five matches, eventually winning 3-2.

The Tigers step on the mat again at 7:30 p.m. Friday against Oklahoma at Hearnes Center.
